The first New Years Furry Ball ("NYFB") began in 2005 as a small gathering known as "Room Con." Over the years, it expanded into one of the Northeast’s longest-running furry New Year celebrations, welcoming hundreds of attendees annually. Today, NYFB is a multi-day 18+ event that brings together members of the furry fandom from a wide range of backgrounds and interests to celebrate the start of a new year in a fun, social, and community-focused environment.
